A California Native, Mitch grew up in Northern California and was lucky to grow up with strong integrity and family values. Mitch completed his undergraduate at UC Santa Barbara where he fell in love with the coastal communities of Southern California. He went on to complete his MBA at the University of Southern California with a dual emphasis in real estate development and entrepreneurship. Mitch has lived in Malibu at Las Tunas Beach over the last couple of years.
Since completing his MBA in 98’, Mitch has been active in real estate development, brokerage and financing ever since. Prior to his full time position as a broker of Malibu luxury real estate, as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Mitch completed the branding and go-to-market strategy of a new luxury community in Malibu called Marisol. Mitch recently brought these oceanfront lots to the marketplace through an extensive marketing strategy focusing heavily on internet marketing and successfully sold a lot for $3.5 million, an unprecedented value for a lot sale in Western Malibu and providing a strong “comp” for the developers he represented. Mitch also arranged over $3 million of spec construction financing for the development at competitive rates in a market where “no one was doing spec construction loans”.
